Bio One did a complete biohazard cleanup of my apartment after my recent hospitalization for a highly contagious bacteria. From my first consult call, Seth, the owner, patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the nature of what I was dealing with and what it would take to rectify. (I could have gotten reinfected as the spores remain for up to 5 months!) Sean is very professional and knowledgeable; and as a bonus he is a great person with maybe an untapped talent in comedy. Seth is the absolute best! After our two dogs got skunked in our backyard and brought the odor into every room in our house, Seth was quick to respond and help us get our house back to normal. Not only was he immediately responsive, but he was also honest and fair in his help. He suggested we try some simple home remedies first to reduce the odor and then brought in his ozone treatment machine as the final step to remove any remaining odors. I can’t express enough how grateful we are to Seth for his genuine care and generous help. We will recommend him to any family and friends who may need odor removing services in the future!

Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. They truly did an amazing job, from containment to cleanup. I’m so grateful for the whole experience, and the peace of mind I have because my home is mold free! If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

I came in after Bio-one had cleaned out and did some demo at a bad hording house. They did a great job getting the house ready for repairs. Thanks guys!
