I cannot recommend Bio-One highly enough! From the moment I reached out to Seth, I was met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency that exceeded all expectations. The team’s attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every corner was thoroughly sanitized and safe for habitation again. Their rate was fair and transparent, providing peace of mind during a challenging situation. I hope to never need this service again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

I came in after Bio-one had cleaned out and did some demo at a bad hording house. They did a great job getting the house ready for repairs. Thanks guys!

Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. They truly did an amazing job, from containment to cleanup. I’m so grateful for the whole experience, and the peace of mind I have because my home is mold free! If I could give Bio-One Sacramento a 10-Star review, I would!

When I tell you this was the best experience with a company that I ever had. I reached out to Bio-one to to a complete house clean out of my fathers house who passed away. I spoke with Seth and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. He made me feel comfortable and was very sympathetic and helpful. He treated me like I was family. Seth and his crew were amazing. They knocked the job out so fast. The results were amazing . The compassion he has for his costumers and his employees are unmatched. I will definitely use him again if I ever needed his services. If you are looking for a company for a hoarders move out or if you just want to get rid of some things. I would highly recommend Seth and Bio-one. Thank you again for making this transition (the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do alone)so easy and affordable. Me and my mom thank you from the bottom of our hearts . What a blessing you and your team are.

Seth and his team did a great job addressing our issue. We had contaminated water enter our storage unit and they promptly cleaned every item that could be salvaged and disposed of the items that couldn't. They even transported the sanitized items to our new apartment for us. Very happy with their communication and service.

Bio one was a great company to work with! There was unfortunately a pile of human feces near my business entrance this week. They were speedy and reasonably priced compared to other bio hazard clean up companies. Thanks again Seth!

Seth & his team helped me with a very challenging property. It was so bad I couldn’t go inside myself. They were kind, patient & respectful every step of the way. The whole team went above & beyond. I can’t say enough about Seth & his team. I will definitely recommend them & use them again!
