Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. Seth is the absolute best! After our two dogs got skunked in our backyard and brought the odor into every room in our house, Seth was quick to respond and help us get our house back to normal. Not only was he immediately responsive, but he was also honest and fair in his help. He suggested we try some simple home remedies first to reduce the odor and then brought in his ozone treatment machine as the final step to remove any remaining odors.
