When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
Seth was amazing to work with. My project was on a narrow timeline and he was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide great service. These are qualities that, unfortunately, are no longer a given when working with businesses. If you are in need of clean up services, you will not be disappointed going with Bio-One.

Seth is such an amazing and kind person dealing with unique jobs and issues! Communication was great and he really made the extra effort to fit in my small job. I truly can’t thank him enough and would use him again no hesitation! Highly recommended.

Seth Ramey from Bio One was the most crucial, helpful person one could find in a crisis. The Sacramento Co Coroner notified us our son body was found at his sm house in Orangevale Ca. in Nov; his body in a warm house decomposing 10-12 days. This is a complex public health matter. Bio One which handles trauma scenes arrived promptly at the house; they were recommended by the City of Folsom. Seth Ramey moved into action. He provided critical assistance, sound advice and compassion. For a number of days we could not enter ( Coroner signage) then Seth’s well trained team began a massive clean up project moving junk and items into large Haz-Mat cans, removing carpet, traces of bodily waste, contaminated clothing and disinfecting all. Seth offered advice and council about clean up and repair of the house which resembled a homeless camp: drywall damage, ruined floors, doors off hinges, filth and neglect. I am 75 years old facing this mostly alone and in next two months Seth Ramey was a godsend; he talked with me a dozen times at every critical juncture. Seth Ramey and his crew were invaluable enabling me to clear out, clean up, repair a disaster scene and sell the home. I could not recommend him more highly. Were it possible, I would give him six stars. Marie Carter. Granite Bay, Ca. Son deceased age 44. Chronic Alcohol Abuse

Seth and his crew of Michelle Angelo Robert and Zack did an amazing job of cleaning up the biohazards in my bathrooms and master bedroom they also helped me move furniture pick up and take out all the carpeting and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. They truly did an amazing job, from containment to cleanup. I’m so grateful for the whole experience, and the peace of mind I have because my home is mold free! If I could give Bio-One Sacramento a 10-Star review, I would!

I cannot recommend Bio-One highly enough! From the moment I reached out to Seth, I was met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency that exceeded all expectations. The team’s attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every corner was thoroughly sanitized and safe for habitation again. Their rate was fair and transparent, providing peace of mind during a challenging situation. I hope to never need this service again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

Bio one was a great company to work with! There was unfortunately a pile of human feces near my business entrance this week. They were speedy and reasonably priced compared to other bio hazard clean up companies. Thanks again Seth!
